Label Printing Equipment

RFIDirect includes either 360RW RFID applicator that validates, writes, and affixes RFID labels in single process, or 3600RW RFID label printer/applicator, which eliminates need for pre-printed RFID labels. Both can be incorporated in modular conveyor loop system that is customized to fit customer’s existing space. Able to be moved around facility, RFIDirect Mobile includes cart, RFID-enabled thermal transfer printer, EasyLabel software, communication cable, and power strip.

With stand-alone hand-feed design, Customizer digital bag and case printer uses computer-generated printing stencil to place text, logos, and bar codes onto boxes and bags. Unit features inking system that maintains 3/16 in. print registration of 11 x 32 in. print field, while optional movable print cylinder and lift allow print placement anywhere on first 10 ft. of case. Control panel provides speed control, batch counter, automatic stop, idle, and print start.

Available as direct thermal or thermal transfer, XL400e and XL410e perform printing, cutting, and stacking operations for textile tag and ticketing industries. Movable sensor allows for flexible choice of media, and intelligent printhead regulates printing temperature. Employing 32-bit RISC processor, printers are Windows®-compatible and support linear and 2D symbologies. They have print speed of 8 ips at 203 dpi and have serial RS232C interface.
